Crumbs Around the Capital was created in early 2016 with the goal of delivering interesting, thoughtful, and useful food commentary for the Albany, New York Capital District. Although I don’t have any formal culinary training, I do have a passion for great food and for writing. I hope to encourage you to try new restaurants or new types of food, to support great local businesses, and to share your own opinions and experiences.
